(1) The Councilor shall not continue in his office in the following cases:-
(a) In case of not being a member of the organization, but in the case of a nominated councillor, this provision shall not apply.
(b) If the councilor's resignation from his position is accepted by the council,
(c) Absent from three consecutive meetings of the Council without giving notice to the Council,
(d) If the term of office expires,
(e) If it is proved that the conduct according to section 34 has not been followed.
(f) In case of death.
(2) When resigning in accordance with clause (b) of sub-section (1), the chairman shall submit his resignation to the vice chairman and other councilors shall submit it to the chairman.
